On Monday August 13th, the Kamloops Golf & Country Club hosted the Senior golfers from the Zone II area. It was a blistering hot day and as the course borders the Kamloops airport the sound of fire bombers taking off to fight the forest fire in the Princeton area added a different type of aura...the course was in very good shape despite the heat. All the golfers appeared to be having a good time as the scores will indicate....

Unfortunately, I was unable to obtain the name of the home course of the winners)....The results of the day are as follows :

My fellow companions for the day were: George Wilmot, Ken White & Loy Hoffbeck....I really enjoyed their company and we had a few good laughs throughout the day....
