12th Annual Seniors Tournament
Penticton Golf & Country Club

The Penticton Golf & Country Club was the host for the 12th Annual Seniors Tournament. It was played under somewhat sunny skies but cool enough to warrant wearing sweaters to keep warm. The course was in good shape and the day was enjoyed by all concerned.

The weather in the Valley this year has not been up to Okanagan standards and the freshness in the air reminds us that this has to be one of the weirdest springs on record. A member of my foursome, who is a club member and a local resident pointed out the weather pattern and we could see snow falling on the distant hill tops. Thankfully none fell on the course and the day was finished on a bright note.
