Due to the COVID-19 virus, we have had to adjust some of our procedures to follow the protocols set out by the CDC and Provincial Health Authorities.
We would like to alleviate some uncertainties by letting you know what to expect when you arrive and during your stay at Kokanee Springs.
ARRIVAL: to check-in please call the admitting office at 250-227-9226 from your vehicle and we will prepare your paperwork and have your keys ready for you. There will be only one person or one couple admitted into the lobby at a time.
If you are part of a larger group, we ask that the group organizer be the one to come in and gather the paperwork and Keys for the entire group.
DURING YOUR STAY there will be limited housekeeping services. According to protocols the housekeepers cannot enter your room while you are living there.
There will be extra towels and bathroom supplies in your room and the housekeepers will bring fresh towels and supplies every three days to your room and leave them just inside your door in a plastic see-thru bag.
When you have soiled towels or linens, please place in the plastic bags, and leave just inside your door and housekeeping will pick it up and replace them with fresh.
-If housekeeping has left for the day, the admitting office can also supply you with some items.
We apologize but there will be no access to the Games Room or Meeting Room during this time.
PRO-SHOP is also limiting the number of persons in the Pro Shop at one time and have protocols that you will be asked to follow regarding carts, spacing and more. Please read signs and notices at the Pro-Shop for more information.
WOODS RESTAURANT has spaced out the tables for your safety and are allowing a max of 6 persons from the same family or party to a table.
-As seating is limited, we suggest making reservations for dinner.
CHECKING OUT Please leave your keys in the room when you leave. Only one person at a time in the lobby to checkout. We would prefer that you pay with your Credit Card instead of cash, but we will accept cash if required. If you would like a receipt of your stay, we will email it to you.
You will find many hand washing stations scattered around the course and at every building for your convenience. We ask that you practice social distancing whenever possible.
