Golf Package Policies and Terms - 2010
BCgolfguide.com Inc. has provided golf packages since the summer of 2002. Since then our services and regions of service have exploded and now moving into our 8th year, we are very unique and one of the very few registered travel agents niching in the area of BC golf packages.
All packages must be paid in full a minimum 3 to 4 weeks prior to arrival date, larger groups min. 30 to 45 days. Purchase of Golf Gift Certificates must be used by the end of the current golf season the certificate was issued.
BCgolfguide.com Inc. and its accommodation partners will not be responsible for any unused portion of this pacakge. No refunds will be issued for unused hotel rooms, unused tee times or any other services due to flight delays, schedule changes, weather conditions or any other circumstance beyond our control. Please consider travel insurance for your trip should air travel be apart of your golf vacation.

In the event of a course closure due to extreme weather, it is up to each individual golf club to make alternative arrangements such as issuing rain checks or refunds. BCgolfguide.com and accommodation partners shall not be liabel for injury, damage, loss, accident or expense to persons or property due to acts or default of any company or person providing services for a golf package.

Deposits and Payments and Cancellations
All hotels and golf courses have various cancellation policies. When a golf package is booked we will provide a detailed itinerary that outlines your specific requirements with respect to deposits, final payments and cancellations as well as reduction in group sizes.
Our packages are typically quoted in Canadian funds with all applicable taxes included and expressed as "per person" based on double occupancy.
