Our large rooms and suites (400 sq feet and up) are designed with your comfort in mind. All our rooms have en-suite private luxury bathroom, fireplace, private entrance, cable TV, phone, alarm clock/radio and most of the rooms have air-conditioning. All rooms have a cozy sitting corner with comfortable chairs. It is possible to have two beds in all rooms.
The outside patio and garden are for the comfort of all guests: you will enjoy the great view over the golf course and mountains. Guests are not invited to bring pets.

For breakfast we invite you to our breakfast lounge, we serve a high quality fresh breakfast. serials / granola, farm fresh milk, free run eggs, yogurt and butter, multi grain breads, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, milk skim milk or soy milk on request! Fruit juices, the famous Davison orchard apple juice. Handcrafted jams from local Okanagan fruit, special mustards from Sicamous, cheeses, fruit salad from fresh picked local produced fruit. (seasonal). We make something different every day, muffins, scones, French toast or Dutch pannekoeken, Belgium waffles.... Every day you can ask for fresh free run eggs: scrambled, sunny side up, over easy, pouched or If you have wishes for breakfast please let us know when your book or when you check in. if possible we will honor your wishes with pleasure. Coming from Sicamous, before entering Salmon arm take the left turn onto the 97B towards Vernon, After about 2.5 km you see the signs with our name on the right side of the road. Their are 2 right turns into a no thru road, ( at the street lights) we are at the very end of that road ( 400 yards )
Coming from Kamloops: drive all the way trough Salmon Arm Hwy 1, go up the hill and down towards Revelstoke, at the junction turn right onto the 97B to Vernon. After about 2.5 km you see the signs with our name on your right side. Their are two turns possible to the right (at the street lights), it's a no thru road and we are at the very end.
Kelowna and Vernon, follow highway 97B to Salmon Arm. Before Salmon Arm and after the Salmon Arm golf course on your right and left, our signs (1 on the right and 2 on your left) directly after the second sign on the left (streetlight) turn left into the 20th Ave Se. We are located all the way at the end of the street.
