General Terms and Conditions - Jan 1st, 2018 - under review for 2019
Travel within Canada - not applicable to international travelers
Upon booking we will process a deposit of minimum $200 up to 25% of your trip package based on size and trip value. (This becomes the a non refundable deposit of the total package by the Group Leader) - your personal itinerary page will have noted deposit amounts, additional deposits if required to hotel/golf partners and final payment amounts and due dates. If a trip needs to be cancelled after the booking is completed and deposit paid, all initial deposits are non-refundable, however 1/2 this deposit amount WILL revert to a travel credit for use up to 18 months from the original scheduled trip date.
All other players are due 30 to 45 days prior to arrival date based on group size will be noted on your online itinerary. All Golfer payments and deposits (with exception of the organizer) received are partially refundable prior to 30 days of arrival with 75% returned to the client, 25% retained for future travel credit available towards future travel within 18 months of the original travel date. Your specific itinerary will outline your groups payment due dates, amounts and any group specific cancellation requirements. The group organizer is liable for required payments in which others in the group fail to pay. Please ensure your group is aware of these commitments.
Cancelling inside 30 days and before 15 days of your arrival date - refund of 75% of your trip value assuming there are no other hotel(s) / golf course(s) cancellation penalties that may apply.
Cancelling 7 days prior arrival - no refunds available
If you are booking within 30 days of arrival date then your full package price is due AT TIME OF BOOKING and payable regardless of group size. Groups of 8+ cancelling may have penalties applied prior to refunds issued.
Also be aware that when the group number reduces, some costs are averaged equally over the original number of travelers, the cost per person could increase. We ask the group organizer to cover this short fall and be reimbursed from others in the group.
Travel to the USA & Overseas
Deposits and packages maybe quoted in U.S. or Canadian Funds (and clearly noted) a minimum of 20% non-refundable deposit is due upon booking and itinerary completion with final payment due 60 days from the arrival date. Deposits on golf travel outside Canada will not have credit available for future travel.
If the arrival date is inside 60 days, full payment on the trip is payable at time of booking.
Cancellations done 60 days - Refunds on the remaining 80% maybe available subject to additional cancellation fees by our hotel and golf partners.
Exchange rates at time of payment may affect your final amount owing from originally quoted prices. We typically will quote US packages in US funds.
Your *group organizer* is ultimately responsible for funds not paid by others in their group or if the trip costs are affected by reductions or additions, ie - A group size change with shuttle services and associated costs causing a change in bus size, additional shuttles or the re-average of costs over the final total in the group - rooms costs where the group is left with an odd number of players since most packages are based on 2 per room.Additional Details about your golf package:
