With authentic cuisine, 2 championship golf courses, ski hills, and freshwater lakes making up acres of scenic nature surrounding the resort, you and your family can enjoy skiing, golfing, biking, fishing, hiking, spa treatments, and much more. Located 3 hours west of Calgary, this resort features 113 guestrooms in the main lodge, a variety of dining options and of course the famous natural mineral hot springs.
Whether you’ve come here to splash, soak or swim – the setting offers a truly unrivaled experience. As Canada’s largest natural hot springs, Fairmont’s are among the cleanest in North America – with over 1.2 million gallons of fresh mineral-rich water flowing through the pools daily. The pools are drained, cleaned and refilled with hot mineral spring water on a frequent basis. The water temperature in the hot pool is maintained at a relaxing 39ºC (102°F). The water in the large swimming pool is 32ºC (89°F), and the dive pool (with low and high diving boards) is a refreshing 30ºC (86°F).
Guests of the Lodge enjoy complimentary access to the hot springs as well as access to the guest hot springs complex, which features Nordic-style hot and cold plunge pools, a steam room, a sauna and a private outdoor soaking pool. The hot springs are open almost every day of the year, including Christmas Day.
