7:30AM – 6:30pm Players will check in at the main desk at the hotel or condo. If your staying off site you will check in at the BBQ & Cocktail Party that evening. Once you check in they will give you your information packet. We will have varying practice rates at all the PGA WEST & La Quinta Resort courses.

EVENT ORGANIZATION:
General Event Information
The Three Day Event will be organized around two person teams. Please find your own partner. In past years, and with enough lead time, we have been able to help one or two players each year find a partner. This situation is the exception rather than the rule.
We welcome couples. If there are enough couples teams, we will have a couples division. If we do not have a couples division, we adjust the ladies handicap to a point where the two become a competitive team in one of the men’s divisions.
Based on 55 teams, there will be five divisions. The first division plays from the championship tees and the competition is gross rather than net.
The competition in the other four divisions is net competition.
Therefore, we reserve the right to adjust any player’s handicap retroactively if necessary. In other words, sandbaggers are not welcome. As a result, everyone has fun and a chance to win prizes.

Golf & three nights lodging at the Hotel at Indian Palms CC & Golf Resort Grounds $850.00 (additional nights lodging available at great rates).
Golf & three nights lodging in a Indian Palms Intervals Condo $950.00 (additional nights lodging available at great rates).
Indian Palms Intervals Condos are beautiful 700 sq ft 2bd 1bth condos.
Each bedroom & the living room have wall mounted flat panel tv’s with full DirectTv package. The kitchens have every appliance you could possibly want for your week.
There are three barbecues next to both the Cooper Pool and the Valentino Pool
Both Pools located on the condo grounds.

Plus Monday thru Wednesday enjoy unlimited golf at all five PGA WEST & La Quinta Resort Courses after your morning tournament round.
Some of our crazier golfers have been known to play 36 holes in the afternoon after the morning tournament round.
Practice rounds are available on Saturday and Sunday at exceptional tournament rates.
PRIZES:
There is a Wednesday night awards ceremony next to the Cooper Pool on the condominium grounds. Prizes and awards given out at this ceremony, along with prizes given out during the week will total more than $5,000.00.
FOOD & DRINK:
Your hosts, Owen and Eric Hoskinson put on a fantastic Sunday evening dinner at the Cooper Pool with lots of booze, lots of food and good fun.
OPTIONS:
Early arrival or late departure
Based upon availability, it is usually possible to come a few days early or stay a few days later. It is always easier to stay later than come in earlier. The extra cost is $100 per condo per night.
Additional Nights at the Hotel are also available at exceptional rates.
Guests at no extra cost
Spouses or significant others can come at essentially no additional cost. There is no increase to the cost of accommodations. The only drawback for two couples staying in one condo is that there is only one bathroom for the two bedrooms.
Separate condo
One team can request a separate condo for each player. The additional cost is $270 per team member.
Cost of golf for guests
Players’ guests can golf for $45 any time on Saturday or Sunday at Indian Palms CC Course. Guests can also golf at the PGA West and La Quinta Resort and Club on the Monday through Wednesday afternoons for only $45.
Honey pots
There are optional daily and weekly honey pots with cash payouts. There are separate honey pots for each division. The cost is $20 per player per day for each of the three daily honey pots and $40 for the three day cumulative honey pot.
PAYMENT STRUCTURE:

Fun Golf Vacations and PNWGT.COM has a very generous deposit refund program. All but $200 of each person’s registration is refundable through April 1, 2017. Even then, the $200 can be applied to the 2018 tournament fee.
Payment is due in full with registration.
AIRFARE AND CAR RENTALS:
Each player is responsible for their own airfare and car rentals which are quite reasonable at this time if the year. Players can fly into either thePalm Springsairport or theOntarioairport.
The drive from the Palm Springs airport is approximately 40 minutes to the condos. The drive from the Ontario airport is approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes.
LAX is an alternative but the drive is about two and one half hours.
ADDITIONAL INFO:
Upon receipt of your reservation deposits, we will forward information regarding driving directions, additional details about the Indian Palm’s Intervals time-share condominiums & the Indian Palms CC & Golf Resort Grounds.
On or about November 15, 2016 the 2017 event brochure will be completed and available on the Internet. This brochure provides more information about the various competitions and time schedules.
